We ship to eligible destinations where our carriers operate. Shipping availability may vary by product and location. If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you and cancel/refund the order (if already paid).
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods, promotions, or due to inventory checks.
Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, and customs (if applicable). Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Promotional shipping offers (if any) may be time-limited and subject to conditions.
Where available, we will provide tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not reflect real-time movement.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we may charge a reshipment fee or deduct shipping costs from any refund.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@blupebble.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items may include: final sale items, customized products, hygiene-sensitive items, or items damaged due to misuse.
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Blupebble is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time depends on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.
If you want an exchange, contact us at info@blupebble.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit (where applicable).
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be cancellable.
